Detection of T-cell subpopulation and natural killer cells activity of condyloma acuminata by flow cytometry
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the cellular immunity of patients with condyloma acuminata (CA).Methods T-cell subpopulation and the percentage of natural killer (NK) cells in peripheral blood of 30 CA patients were tested with flow cytometry.Results The percentage of CD4 cells decreased and that of CD8 cells increased in CA patients, with significant difference from those of controls. The percentage of NK cells in CA patients was lower than that in the controls.Conclusion Ceuular immunity was impatired in CA patients.关键词
