防止矩形髓内钉交叉的新方法
A new method to prevent rectangle nail crossing
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate a new operation method to prevent rectangle nail crossing.Methods 14 tibial fractures were fixed with double rectangle nails with different width. Results 12 fractures healed, except for 2 patients losing follow-up and results were as follows by Pintore's standard: excellent 7,good 4,fair 1,and the excellent and good rate is 91.7%. Conclusion The new method is good to fix tibial middle shaft fracture with fewer chances of two nails crossing than the routine one.关键词
