产脂肪酶假丝酵母的筛选及其研究
Screening of Lipase Producing Strain of Candida sp and the Characteristic of Its Lipase
摘要
Abstract
A lipase-producing strain Candida R-2 is isolated from oil ontained earth samples. The optimal medium for lipase production has been found: peptone 20 g/L, sucrose 10 g/L, olive oil 5 g/L, (NH4)2SO4 1 g/L, MgSO4 ·7H2O 1 g/L, K2HPO4 1 g/L and tween-80 1 g/L. And the optimal culture condition is cultured at initial pH7.0 at 30℃ for 32 hours with a rotating speed of 200 r/min. The maximum lipase production reaches 1 437 u/mL, and the optimal pH and temperature for the lipase are 7.5 and 40℃, respectively.关键词
