Study on the Ultrastructure of a Sphereovirus in the Cultured Lymphoid Tissues of Shrimp, Penaeus Chinensis
摘要
Abstract
A sphereovirus was found in the cultured lymphoid tiss ues of Penaeus chinensis by electron microscopy. The virions with envelope were 80～110nm in diameter. The center of the virions was of high electron densi ty. The virions and its inclusion bodies were observed in both nucleus and cyto plasm. The infected cells grew slowly or did not grow and some of them died. The cytopathological changes were observed using an electron microscope.关键词
