Study on the Combinations of the Human Biliary Glycoprotein with Calcium Carbonate in Aqueous Solution
摘要
Abstract
Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and Fourier subtraction, derivation, deconvolution, curve-fitting and ICP-AES methods were used to study the filtrate that was produced by reaction of solid calcium carbonate with human biliary glycoprotein (HBG) in aqueous solution. The results demonstrated that there were strong interactions between HBG and calcium carbonate by coordination and hydrogen bonds, which changed the microstructures of HBG and calcium carbonate and caused the formation of soluble complexes containing HBG - calcium carbonate which is the basis of biomineralization .关键词
