摘要
Abstract
In order to know why the nurses took part in the self-study examination of nursing specialty in higher education. The studies of adults' learning motivation at home and abroad were reviewed. Most of these studies showed adults' learning motivation was diversiform. The chief motlvation for learning was “to improve working level”； The adults' strong motivation should be encourged. Findings of these studies may serve as a foundation for the relevant adults' educational institutions in their decision-making regarding determining the educational contents and the curriculums to meet the needs of the adults.关键词
