电子收费在道路交通收费中的应用
Electronic Toll Collection Applied in Road Tolling
摘要
Abstract
Because of financing and paying off the loan, freeways that have been built in China execute different charge policy or regulation. In actual operation, di fferent charging systems are adopted. In this paper, the state of electronic tol l collection (ETC) system is described in detail. The frame of ETC system is div ided into several sub-systems, meanwhile some description and proposal are prov ided. After analyzing the situation of ETC technology development and applicatio n in traffic tolling at home and abroad, ETC mode-choice and the corresponding equipment-choice are deduced in the paper. Finally, notice and advice on applyi ng ETC technology in China is pointed out.关键词
