The Synthesizing Application of Lean Production and Agile Manufacturing in the Integrated Supply Chain Management System
摘要
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the characteristics and relationships between the production Paradigm of Lean Production and Agile Manufacturing, their synthesizing application in the Integrated Supply Chain Management System is studied. Agile Manufacturing is suitable for dealing with the fluctuating market demands within the Supply Chain, while Lean Production is more appropriate to prvide the needed level scheduling for the optimized operation of Supply Chain and to reduce the operation cost of the system.关键词
