基于matK基因序列的高良姜及其混淆品的鉴定
IDENTIFICATION OF ALPINIA OFFICINARUM HANCE AND ITS ADULTERANT BASED ON MatK GENE SEQUENCES

Abstract
Partial sequences of matK gene were detected to provide information for identification of A. officinarum Hance and A. galanga (L.) Willd.. A total of 21 sites of nucleotide substitutions were observed in 15 specimens of two Alpinia species, A. officinarum Hance and A. galanga (L.) Willd. could be demarcated by observing the nucleotide sequence at positions 12, 211, 291, 411, 440, 618, 631, 684, 686, 847, 844, 921, 954, 988, 1 011, 1 076, 1 103 and 1 116, in other words, the 18 sites were the marker nucleotides for the identification of this two species. However, the sequence variations of partial matK gene are very small in A. officinarum Hance, so nucleotide sites for discrimination of A. officinarum Hance from different production areas were not found. The results of this study could provide base data for construction of quick and convenient identification methods for A. officinarum Hance.关键词
