木工机械致手外伤的回顾性研究
A retrospective study of patients with band injuries caused by woodworking mschines

Abstract
Objective To analysis the injuries features and recoveries of patients with hand injuries caused by woodworking machines in our district,and also bring forward corresponding suggestions on preventing hand injuries and raising treatment level.Methods 3792 patients with hand injuries caused by woodworking machines were investigated with their general information,the types of wound-causing machines,features of injuries,treatment(surgery as well as recovery management) and prognosis,and then,a database was established and analyzed.Results The patients with hand injuries caused by woodworking machines accounted for 86.89 percentages (3792/4364) of the total hand injury patients.Milling machine was the most common injury -causing one.Complex tissue defect of interphalangeal joints at the dorsal side of the multiple digits was the features of damages.The treatment of phalangeal fractures is mainly based on the traditional internal fixation with Kirsehner pins,while the management of joint destruction relies mainly on the joint arthrodesis.The following recovery treatments were lacks.Conclusions The special conditions of the hand injuries by woodworking machines and the lack of recovery managenment were the main causes of the poor prognosis for the patients.The effective methods of reducing accidents were emphasizing precaution and improving the simple and crude woodworking machines by the township and private enterprises.Good surgical methods with systematic recovery management are crucial to improve the prognosis of hand injuries.关键词
