Abstract
The method detecting red tide-related factors using remote sensing technology and the deficiency of the method used nowadays are discussed. It also points out, that the successful observation and prediction should rely on the multi-level marine observation systems and the integration of technology from various disciplines. In this process, multi-level marine observation is the most important technology, and the establishment of effective oceanic integrated observation system such as the ones in the Pearl River Estuary and the Shanghai-East China Sea, is an essential prerequisites. With the integrated technology referred above, it is possible to realize the prediction of red tide.关键词
