摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of the hemolysis specimens in ELISA on HBVM by one-step and two-step method.Methods Collect 80 blood specimens from 80 healthy persons(negativeHBVM),and have them dissolved in different level,and then use ELISA one-step method and tow-step method to test HBsAg, anti HBs, HBeAg, anti HBe,anti HBc, and then ,analyze how the hemolysis affects the test effect.Results When the hemolysis is above 10g/L,the OD in more than 40% specimens of ELISA by one-step method is all greater than that of Cutoff(P<0.001),but by the two-step method,only 3%(P>0.05).Conclusion When the hemolysis is more than 10g/L,it has some effect on HBVM by one-step method,and it can cause critical phony positive,but it has no effect on HBVM by two-step method,so it has no meaning in statistics.关键词
