护理干预在50例胎膜早破期待疗法中的临床分析
Clinical analysis of nursing intervention for 50 cases of premature rupture of membranes in expectant treatment
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention for premature rupture of membranes(PROM) in expectant treatment.Methods 100 cases of PROM were divided into control group and experiment one by 50 each.The experimental group was given nursing intervention,and the control group was given conventional nursing care, and compare the effect of nursing care.Results In the aspects of the amount of bleeding in the production, the rate of postpartum hemorrhage,postpartum disease and the rate of neonatal asphyxia of the experimental group was less than that of the control group, and there was a significant difference,P<0.05.Conclusion For premature rupture of membranes,given nursing intervention in expectant treatment,it can promote maternal and child health,and it is worthy of popularizing.关键词
