摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the mental health state of nurses in clinical and the common coping style to adopt.Methods : 155 nurses were investigated by questionnaires. Results:In 144 valid questionnaires, the depression score exceeded 40 in 30 people, anxiety score larger than 40 was in 20 persons, both the depression and anxiety score exceeded 40 in 12 persons; The degree of depression is negative to the professional title. Conclusion:Nurses should pay attention to their mental health state, decrease stress, and hospital governor also should think highly of the condition, combining the periodical mental health knowledge training, and nurses supporting system should be established, and help them to increase psychological adjustment ability, alleviate and elimination the psychological stress.关键词
