益母草注射液与缩宫素在预防剖宫产术后出血中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the comparison of therapy by uterine body injection of oxytocin and motherwort with oxytocin after cesarean for preventing the effects of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods 120 cases of our hospital cesarean were randomly divided into experimental and control groups respectively. The experimental group,with the injection of 40mg motherwort and 20 units of oxytocin after fetus, was delivered by cesarean.20mg motherwort was injected into the body 2 hours after uterus intramuscular, and then every 12 hours at a time, total of 7 times. And the amount of postpartum hemorrhage was observed and compared.Results In the experimental group,the amount of bleeding after delivery of placenta is (154±16)mL, the amount of bleeding of delivery of placenta 2h after is (203±20.9)mL, and 24h postpartum bleeding is (298±31.3)mL.While in the control group the amount of bleeding of placenta is (187±21)mL after delivery,postpartum hemorrhage is (289±26.6)mL within 2 hours, and after 24 hours the postpartum bleeding is (382.3±45.3)mL. There is only one case of postpartum hemorrhage.Conclusion Injection of motherwort together with oxytocin uterine can reduce postpartum hemorrhage of cesarean.关键词
