Abstract
[Objective] To study the expression of Bax, Bcl-2, p53 and the changes of ultrastructure in the lung and try to find out the injuries of the lung after small intestine ischemiareperfusion in rats. [Methods] Models of ischemiareperfusion of small intestine were established at 0, 30 min, 1, 2 h, 1, 3, 7 d after reperfusion. The expression of Bax, Bcl-2 and p53 in the lung was observed by im munohistochemical SP method and the changes of ultrastructue in the lung was observed by transmission electron microscopy. [Results] The Bax and Bcl-2 positive cells were observed in cytoplasmic of lung. The p53 positive cells were observed in nucleas of lung, partly in cytoplasmic. The ratio of positive cells of Bax, Bcl-2 and p53 began to increase after 0 min and increased continuously after reperfusion 30 min, with the rate of positive cells of Bcl-2 higher than that of Bax(P ＜0.01 ). But they decreased apparently at 2 h, then increased and reached the peak 7d after reperfusion, with the rate of Bax higher than that of Bcl-2(P＜0.01); Transmission electron microscopy showed injuries of ultrastructure in the lung. [Conclusion] The expression of Bax, Bcl-2 and p53 and the ultrastructural changes suggest the apoptosis and injuries in the lung after ischemia reperfusion of small intestine in rats.关键词
