Abstract
Objective:To observe the intravenous thrombolytic therapy in acute myocardial infarction and care measures. Methods:56 cases of patients with early AMI were treated with intravenous thrombolytic and taken active and effective measures, respectively, from the thrombolytic therapy before and after thrombolytic therapy for psychological care and so on. Results:The early use of acute myocardial infarction thrombolytic drugs, reeanalization of coronary artery can, Xin-maitong blood re-perfusion, and thus save the dying of the myocardial tissue. The success of intravenous thrombolysis in patients with 38 cases, 18 cases did not pass, and then 68 percent rate, seven cases of hemorrhage, 44 cases of arrhythmia, the basic conditions were cured and discharged from hospital, no one cases of death. Conclusion:Early intravenous throm-bolysis is an important one for emergency treatment in patients with AMI. An effective nursing intervention can facilitate the disease rehabilitation and reduce complications.关键词
