Studies on Co-fermentation Waste of Agriculture Industry with Microorganisms to Produce Protein
摘要
Abstract
Fore fungus such as Aspergillus usamii and Candida tropicalis are used to mix-ferment with rice straw the waste of agriculture industry to produce protein.In the product,the proportion of essential amino acid is higher than the standard stipulated by FAO and the content of protein surpasses that of corn or wheat.关键词
