脐带异常对围产儿的影响
Effect of abnormal cord on perinatal infant
摘要
Abstract
Objective : To analyse the effect of abnormal cord on perinatal infant, take measures to reduce asphyxia rate of perinatal infant and mortality. Methods: To analyse the effect on perinatal infant by statistics in 193 patients with abnormal cord and 674 cases with no mal cord, analyse the prognosis of perinatal infant by classification. Results: Fetal distress,neonatal asphyxia, perinatal infant death, IUGR in abnormal cord group occurred significantly higher than in normal group,(P<0.01) . Among all kinds of cords, the one which has the greatest effect on prognosis of perinatal infant is droop of cord and torsion. Conclusion: Abnormal cord is an important factor which influences the growth and progonsis of perinatal infant, droop and torsion of cord are the leadings cause of perinatal infant death. To strengthen mangement and monitor in high-risk pregnancy are concrete measures reducing the rate of asphyxia and mortality.关键词
