膀胱全切乙状结肠去带膀胱术的心理护理与康复指导
Psychological care and rehabilitation instruction of radical cystectomy with sigmoid colonic neobladder
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the key points of psychological care with rehabilitation instruction in the surgery of radical cystectomy and sigmoid colonic neobladder.Methods Ten patients with invasive bladder cancer were enrolled in this study.Full preoperative psychological care was gave to these patients in order to ersure the perioperative treatment were successful.All paints received rehabilitation instruction after radical cystectomy with sigmoid colonic neobladder surgery,including neobladder function training,diet guidance and so on.Surgical outcome was observed during follow-up.Resulls All operations were successful without complications happening during operation.During 3 months to 15 months follow-up,all patients had satisfactory neobladder function with full control of urination during daytime.No severe postoperative complication,such as urethrostenosis,was found.Conclusions Intensive preoperative psychological care combined with early correct function training of the neobladder is critical care points to ensure the surgery effect and reduce the complications.关键词
