Abstract
The paper discusses factors influencing A4 resin separation of Kanamycin A and Kanamycin B according to the principle of elution of chromatography separation with anion-exchange resin,which are eluate concentration,elution rate, the diameter of resin and the adder quantities. Results show that the optimum conditions are that the eluate concentration of NH4OH is 0.6%(V/V), the elution rate is 0.5mL/min(pillarФ1.8cm×200cm), the diameter of resin is 0.20mm, and the adder quantities are 1.05μg/mL(resin).关键词
