摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the levels of Leptin,insulin and insulin resistance in patients with nonalcoholic fatty disease.Methods 40 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were selected for this study as nonalcoholic fatty liver disease group and 40 healthy subjects were set up as control group.The serum levels of fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,blood lipids,Leptin,body weight and height were measured,Their body mass index(BMI)and HOMA-IR were calculated.Results (1)The serum of Leptin and Insulin in the patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05);(2)Significant correlations were found among the nonalcoholic fatty liver disease with Leptin,Insulin and HOMA-IR.Conclusion The high serum levels of Leptin, Insulin and Insulin resistance play important roles in the initiation of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.关键词
