药学部门对临床不合理用药的干预效果研究
Effect of pharmacy department's intervention in irrational drug use
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effective of pharmacy department's interven-tion in irrational drug use. Methods Datum of pharmacy department's intervention in irra-tional drug use from Jan. 2006 to Jan. 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The incidences of irrational drug use were reduced from 31.2% to 5.64% after giving pharmacy intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion With feasible measures, the pharmacy department can bring incidences of irrational drug use down significantly.关键词
