Effects of Arotinoid Ethyester on apoptosis and expression of bax in keratinocytes of psoriatic lesions
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the involvement of apoptosis in psoriatic lesions with arotinoid ethyester treatment.Methods The apoptosis was detected with terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated d-UTP biotin nick end labeling(TUNEL), and the expression of bax was assessed with immunoperoxidase technique in keratinocytes of psoriatic lesions before and after treafment for 15 days and 30 days by arotinoid ethyester.Results Arotinoid ethyester could induce keratinocytes of psoriatic lesions apoptosis quickly. Compared with the results of pretreatment, the degree and extent of apoptosis and expression of bax in keratinocytes of psoriatic lesions treated by arotinoid ethyester for 15 and 30 days were significantly increased(P<0.01),the degree of apoptosis was highly related to the expression of bax(r=0.91).Conclusion The effect of apoptotic induction by arotinoid ethyester might play an important role in psoriatic treatment, it was related to the expression of apoptotic gene bax.关键词
