南宁市1989～1999年不同民族儿童1型糖尿病发病率的流行病学调查
The incidence of insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus in children of the different ethnic groups in Nanning during 1989-1999

Abstract
AIM: To investigate the incidence of insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus ( IDDM) in children of Nanning city. METHODS: Based on WHO DiaMond Project, during 1997- 1999, all the children under 15 years who were diagnosed to suffer from IDDM were retrospectively registered by the "catching-recatching" method. RESULTS: The results showed that the yearly incidence of IDDM was 0.89/100, 000 in boys, 0.60/100 000 in girls, with a total yearly incidence of 0.75/100 000 in children under 15 years old. Among the cases, the IDDM incidence in urban areas was 1.71/100 000 and 0.43/100 000 in rural areas. Also, among the cases, the incidence of IDDM was 1.38/100 000 in Han nationality and 0.51/100 000 in Zhuang nationality. There was significant difference between IDDM incidence of the urban areas and the rural areas(P< 0.001), between Han and Zhuang nationalities (P< 0.05). CONCLUSION: The incidence of IDDM tended to increase in children in Nanning city during 1997- 1999,which is closely related with genetic factors.关键词
