Abstract
Objective The CB- FISH method for detection of aneuploidies for chromosome 21 originated in vivo in human peripheral lymphocytes has been described and characterized.Method The frequences of aneuploidies for chromosome 21 in lymphocytes in vivo of 12 trisomy 21 and 20 normal chlidren were detected by using this method.Result The frequency of trisomic cells is much higher than that of monosomics for chromosome 21 in the normal individuals,indicating that chromosome 21 non disjunction takes place more often than it's loss in vivo.The mean rate of tetrasomic cells for chromosome 21 is statistically lower than that of diploid cells in patients in vovo with trisomy 21,while chromosome 21 non disjunction is more often than it's loss in vitro.Conclusion The results imply that there is a mechanism by which cell lines were selected in vivo.关键词
