红檵木的组织培养快速繁殖
Tissue Culture and Fast Breeding of Loropetum (R.Br) Oltver var.rubrum yiehlter
摘要
Abstract
To accelerate the selection of excellent clone of Loropetum (R.Br) Oltver var.rubrum yiehlter,industrialized seedling breeding and its popularization,ideal differentiation,multiplication and rhizogenesis were screened by using explants treated with tissue culture.The results show that its differentiation reaches 63% and its index of propagation is 3 in the enrichment medium of MS+2.0 mg/L BA,while the rootting index reaches 95.8% in rootting medium of 1/2 MS+4 mg/L IBA.The technique of cuvette seedling transplantation was tested in different seasons and fast breeding procedure of Loropetum (R.Br) Oltver var. rubrum yiehlter was first established in China.关键词
