摘要
Abstract
QT dispersion in ventricular extrasystoles（QTd-V）and in sinusbeats（QTd-S） in aging patients with acute myocardial infarction（AMI）（n＝100），unstable angina pectoris（UAP）（n＝50）and 40 normal controls were measured.QTd-V was significantly higher than QTd-S（P＜0.001）in patients with AMI.QTd-V positively correlated with QTd-S.QTd-V and QTd-S were higher than that of both UAP and normal group（P＜0.001）.The significance of QTd-V might be equal to QTd-S in agimg patients with AMI.关键词
