白苔和黄苔舌上皮细胞化学指标的观测
Observation of glossal Epithelial Cytochemistry Indexes of White and yellow Tongue Coatings
摘要
Abstract
7 tongue epithelial cytochemistry indexes in 33 cases of white tongue coatings,35 cases of yellow tongue coatings and 26 cases of normal tongue coatings were detected with microspectrophotometry,and compared according to the syndrome differentiations.The results showed that in white tongue coating group,all of the indexes but G-6-PDH were lower than those in normal group,and LDH, MDH and ACPwere significantly different (P<0.05 or P<0.01); in yellow tongue coating group, all of the indexes but ACP were obviously higher than those in normal and white groups (P<0.05 or P<0.01); The relations of the indexes among different syndrome differentiations were as below:essense heat group >normal group >deficient cold group. There were obviously differences among the three groups (P<0.01). It indicated that white tongue coating and yellow tongue coating have different features in cytochemical changes which were in accordance with the syndrome differentiations.关键词
