Abstract
The replacement of aortic valve with pulmonary autograft and theorthophoric construction of right ventricular outflow tract with pulmonary homograft (Ross procedure)were performed in all patients. 3 cases were operated successfully. Mild pulmonary autograft valve reguritation occurred in one patient with aortic bicuspid valve prio to operation. Echocardiography demonstrated the function of aortic root and pulmonary homograft were satisfactory. The alternative of mechanic aortic valve replacement was selected in one patient due to the injury of pulmonary autograft. The replacement of aortic valve with pulmonary autograft has satisfactory results, It is a key to prevent the injury of pulmonary autograft in acquiring successful operation. The construction of right ventricular outflow tract with pulmonary homograft can be selected as routine way.关键词
