Abstract
In this paper ,wc give a sufficient and necessary condition to determine whether a level-2(r1, r2 ) -circulant matrix over a field is singular or not and then present a new algorithm for the in-verse of a level-2 (r1, r2) - circulant matrix over a field.关键词
