几种生长调节剂对马尾松插穗促根的效应
Effects of Root-inducing Regulators in Rooting
of Cuttings from Pinus massoniana Lamb.
摘要
Abstract
Root-inducing treatments was used in cuttings from five years old ortets of Pinus massoniana Lamb. from Ji′an in Jiangxi P rovince. First S3307 later IBA treatments had no effect on raising root r ate. The fittest concentration of IBA was 200 mg*L-1 and S3307 was 100 mg*L-1. Of all the treatments, regulators M1 and M2, compounded by the author, were the best. They could raise the level of endogenous IAA，lo wer the levels of iPA、 ABA、GA1+3 and root inhibitors (MI3, MI5 and M I6, they were all flavoniods), and also weaden the activity of IAA-oxidase (I AAO) .As a result, the root rate was raised from 34 percent (CK) up to 90 and 8 4 percent respectively. And the sum of adventitious root and branch root, the l ength of the longest root and the total length of the roots, were notabely rais ed.Therefore, strong stecklings of Pinus massoniana Lamb. could be raised .关键词
