地聚合物-碱废渣复合胶凝材料抗压强度的影响因素分析
REGRESSION MODEL AND ANALYSIS OF FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO THE COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH OF GEOPOLYMER-ALKALINE ACTIVATED BYPRODUCTS COMPOSITE MATERIALS

Abstract
Three raw materials of metakaolin, fly ash and ground granulated blast furnace slag, five curing ages and three temperatures were chosen to prepare the geopolymer-alkali-activated byproducts composite cementitious materials (the composite eementitious materials). The contribution of the curing ages, temperature, the mole ratio of CaO and SiO2 and their interaction to the compressive strength of the materials were analyzed by variance analysis, and the results indicate that the effect of the curing temperatures on compressive strength is about 44%, greater than that of the mole ratio of CaO and SiO2, which is about 27%. The curing age contrib-uted 17%. The interaction between the curing temperature and the mole ratio of CaO and SiO2 was also investigated. The relationship of the temperature, the mole ratio of CaO and SiO2, curing ages and the compressive strength of the geopolymer-alkali-activated by-products composite cementitious materials is a linear correlation. The regression model was obtained also.关键词
