Determination of hypericin from Hypericum Perforatum L.in Taib ai
摘要
Abstract
This paper first determines hypericin from every par t of Hypericum Perforatum L. in Taibai by spectrophotometry.the determined resul t of hypericin is as follows: flower>over half part of the whole grass>leaves>wh o le grass>fruit>below half of the whole grass>stem>root.On the basis of the deter mined result, it is proposed that the suitable harvesting period of Hypericum Pe r foratum L.for medicinal purpose is the time before the fruit is formed, the bloo m period is the best,and scientifically, the part of Hypericum Perforatum L.is th at above the position branched main stem.关键词
