Treatment of pure thoracolumbar fracture with table regulation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study a new method of thoracolumbar fracture reduction. Methods 39 cases of pure thoracolumbar fracture were treated under local anesthesia with operation table regulation. Reduction was completed under fluoroscopy and then fixed by a plaster of paris racket of a frame. Results All patients obtained successful reduction in acute stage. The rate of reduction was 95%. The excellent and good rate was 89.7% through follow-up from 7 months to 4.7 years. Conclusion This procedure is safe and feasible. Fracture vertebra body is more plump after reduction while patients sufferred less, which is beneficial to the development in grassroot hospitals.关键词
