Abstract
There exist some problems in unemployment insurance system of Henan, such as narrow coverage of unemployment insurance, shortage in the insurance fund, confusion in unemployment insurance management system, emphasis on relief and not on training. Unemployment insurance system of Henan can be improved by expanding the coverage of unemployment insurance,increasing the source of unemployment insurance fund, improving the unemployment insurance management system and promoting reemployment project.关键词
