实验性骨质疏松症大鼠模型的制备

Abstract
Objective Investigate the establishing factors of rat model of osteoporosis.Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: the ovariectomy group, pseudo-ovariectomy group and control group. the rat model of osteoporosis was established by the ovariectomy of rat. the bone mineral density (BMD)of rats was measured with dual energy x-ray absorptimetry.Results Compared with control group, at 10 week, the BMD of ovariectomy rat was low significantly (P<0.05), at 20 week, BMD was low more significantly (P<0.01), meanwhile, the BMD of tibia and fibula was also much lower than that in control group at 20 weeks. in addition, ovariectomy rat showed the thin hair, slow-moving and slow in reaction.Conclusion 10th week maybe the best period for the establishment of rat model of osteoporosis, both the BMD measurement of whole body and tibia or fibula in rats have clinic significance.关键词
