摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a simple and sensitive a utomatic methodof determination of copper in serum with two reagent. Method For determination of serum copper with 5-Br-PADAP in the presence of mixed surfactant.Results The method was liner in the linar range of the method was 0～80μmol/L. The average rate of recovery was 100.5%.The within-run and between-run CV were 0.019and 0.024.Comparing this method(Y) with AAS(X)，we obtained the regression equation.(Y＝0.9910X+0.0923，r＝0.9923 and P＞0.05).The reference range(±2s) was 11.52～21.96μmol/L(n＝120).Conclusion This method is simple,sensitive and suitable for clinical application .关键词
