Studies on Compatibility of Polymerized Ferric Sulfate and Polymerized Aluminum Sulfate and Its Properties

摘要

Abstract

Mixed polymerized ferric sulfate(PFS) with polymerized aluminum sulfate(PAS) according to definite proportions,a new kind of water clarifying agents polymerized ferric-aluminum sulfates(PFAS ) with different molecular ratio of aluminum to ferric have been synthesized in our laboratory. The proporties and water-clarifying performance of PFAS have been measured and discussed in details. The experimental results show that PFAS that better comprehensive properties in the suitability to varying water ~~ality than PFS and PAS,and the best is that with 0.64 molecular ratio of aluminum to rerric.
