应用S-P免疫组织化学方法对62例膀胱移行上皮癌及6例正常膀胱粘膜组织分别检测P16蛋白、PCNA蛋白表达。结果显示62例膀胱移行细胞癌中P16的表达与膀胱癌分级间呈负相关（P＜0.005），在浸润性癌显著低于浅表性癌（P＜0.005），在复发组低于未复发组（P＜0.005）；PCNA表达与膀胱癌分级呈高度正相关（P＜0.05），浸润性癌高于浅表性癌（P＜0.01），复发组高于未复发组（P＜0.01）。P16和PCNA的表达呈显著负相关（P＜0.…查看全部>>
