湿润烧伤膏配合推拿治疗新生儿寒冷损伤综合征的作用
Effect of moisture burn ointment and massage on syndrome of neonatal cold damage
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of using MEBO(moisture burn ointment)and massage on syndrome of neonatal cold damage.Methods 60 neonates in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups (the treatment group and control group).Thirty cases in control group were treated by conventional treatment,and the other thirty cases in the treatment group were treated by conventional treatment adding MEBO and massage.The illness recoveries,cure rate,days of hospitalization and complication of the two groups were observed.Result The total effective rates were 90% in treatment group and 70% in control group(P＜0.01),the average time of hospitalization was(10.0 ± 3.5)days in treatment group and(12.1 ± 3.5)days in control group.The difference between two groups was statistical significant(P＜0.01 or P＜0.05).Conclusion It has certain therapeutic effect by using MEBO and massage on syndrome of neonatal cold damage.This method can increase cure rate,shorten the days in hospital stay, reduce complication, and develop the growth of children.关键词
