Determination of Monosulfuron New Sulfonylurea Herbicide by HPLC and Its Adsorption in Soil
摘要
Abstract
The analytical method of Monosulfuron residue in soil by reversed phase- high performance liquid chromatography (RP- HPLC) was established. A column of stainless steel packed with ODS 5 μ m, with 250 mm× 4.6mm was utilized. The operation parameters were optimized as: mobile phase, methanol/water (pH=3, 53∶ 47,v/v), flow rate, 0.8 mL· min- 1, a UV detection with wavelength of 254 nm. In addition, a study on the adsorption of Monosulfuron in three different kinds of soil was performed. Adsorption isotherms were obtained using batch equilibrium, and adsorption coefficients were calculated. The comparison of the results was given.关键词
