Abstract
Objective To assess the acute effects of perindopril on haemodynamics and neurohormone in patients with CHF,and its clinical safety. Methods 25 patients with CHF were treated with oral perindopril 4 mg once. Results After taking single dosage of perindopril (4 mg), MPAP, PCWP, SVR and PVR decreased significantly (P＜0.01),CI,LVSW increased significantly (P＜0.01).The plasma levels of ACE activity, AT Ⅱ ,ALD decreased while PRA increased. MAP decreased 2. 3 kPa (17 mmHg),the maximum of decrease being 4 kPa (30 mmHg). Conclusion Single dose of perindopril (4 mg) can effectively inhibit plasma ACE activity in patients with CHF. It has a good effect on haemodynamics and perfect clinical safety.关键词
