摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship of Tim-3 promotor-1541 C> T polymorphisms and allergic rhinitis .Methods The polymorphism of Tim-3 promotor-1541 C>T polymorphisms gene was screened by PCR-RELP.Results The gene frequency of Tim-3 promotor-1541 C>T polymorphisms in AR group was as followed; Tim-3 promotor-1541 C>T C/C, C/T, T/T genotype frequency: 0.9733, 0, 0.0227, Tim-3 promotor-1541 C, Tim-3 promotor-1541 Genefrequency: 0.9733 , 0.0227.the gene frequency of Tim-3 promotor-1541 C>T in control group was as followed; Tim-3 promotor-1541 C>TC/C, C/T, T/T genotype frequency: 0.8922 , 0.0882, 0.196; Tim-3 promotor-1541 C, Tim-3 promotor-1541 T C, enefrequency: 0. 9363、0.0637, There were no significant differenees in the frequencies of Tim-3 promotor-1541C>T gene between the patients and control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The evident association was found between Tim-3 promotor-1541 C>T polymorphism and allergic rhinitis.关键词
