Abstract
The growth kinetics of porous anodic aluminum oxide films formedanalyze the relationship between the anodizing conditions and the filmmorphology parameters. The effects of anodizing conditions (i. e. currentdensity, temperature and anodizing time) on the film growth kinetics andmorphology were examined by scanning electron microscopy and oxide filmmass measurements. The electrochemical signatures were investigated by thevoltage-time transients, and the growth rate of the anodic oxide films waspredicted by the simple linear regression analysis. Experimental resultsindicate that the film growth rate increases with the increase of current densityand the decrease of the temperature. The rate of increase of the film massincreases with an increase of current density.关键词
