Abstract
A chance-constrained programming model for the unified optimal allocation of active and passive harmonic filters with considering the random variations of harmonic sources and network parameters is proposed in this paper, and a genetic algorithm based on stochastic simulation techniques is given. The objective is to minimize the cost of filters by optimally determining their locations and parameters on the whole distribution network, while the harmonic voltages are restricted to their limitations with prespecified confidence levels. Test results on a 16-bus distribution system are presented.关键词
