舒适护理对肾穿刺活检术后病人的影响研究

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of comfortable nurse on the patients with indisposition symptoms after renal needle biopsy.Method 31 patients after renal needle biopsy were divided into control group(n=16)and experimental group(n= 15)according to the length of days in hospital.The punctures of patients in control group were pressed by sandbags and their abdomens were binded by multichannel abdominal bandage,and operative side limbs were immobility for 6 hours.The patients could get out of bed after 24 hours of absolute rest;the patients in experimental group were applied partial sandbags pressing,the operative side limb were immobility for 4 hours,and were assisted to take the lateral position,semi-supine,physically slight bending,stretching and massage on the operative side body,they could get out of bed after 24 hours of absolute bed rest.Results There were significant difference between two groups in dysuria,back pain,the operative side limb numbness,irritability and insomnia(P＜005),but no statistical differences in postoperative complications.Conclusion Comfortable nurse could shorten the time in bed with sick forced posture,reduce postoperative discomfort, minimize unpleasant and improve patients' satisfaction with the nursing service.关键词
