摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the anticancer effects of 5-FU and MMC on human gastric carcinoma cell line (BGc-823).Methods The anticancer effect of the drugs was detected with MTT.The median-effect principle was used.Results Anticancer effect of the individual drug was enhanced as drug concentration increased. The interaction of the two drugs was cooperate at higher concentration(CI<1) and the sequence of adminisration did not influence the anticancer effects.Conclusion The interaction of the two drugs was cooperated at higher concentration(CI<1) and antagonistic at lower concentration.(CI>1).关键词
