摘要

Abstract

Strengthening granulation and sintering by adding a littlehydrosoluble organic high polymer in sintering mixtures can increase the specific productivity of sintering and decreased the energy consumption of sintering. The results of strengthening sintering test by adding organic high polymer HPL in sintering mixtures are discussed in this paper. Lab test results indicate that with 0.03%HPL added, the specific productivity of sintering in 2% quicklime is increased by 5%-8%; and the specific productivity of sintering in no quicklime is increased by 8%-15%. The results obtained from the mineragraphy analysis of sintering agglomerates indicate that with 0.03% HPL added, the gas holes of agglomerate becomes smaller so that its strengthen can be improved significantly, and the content of calcium ferrite of good reducibility is increased by 8%-10%. This agglomerate is suited for smelting.
