FISH Study of Human Oocytes Failed to Fertilize in vitro Characterised with Chromosome 21 Aneuploidy
摘要
Abstract
Telomeric probe of 21qter was us ed by st andard FISH procedures to study chromosome 21 aneuploidy in the human oocytes fa iling to fertilize in vitro ,to analyze the relationship between the differe nt women′s age,IVF indications,ovarian stimulation protocols and the frequency of chromosome 21 aneuploidy . Of 54 human unfertilized oocytes, 30 were haploid (55.6%),16 were disomic(29.6%), 4 were trisomic (7.4%), 4 were nosomic (7.4%).The overall frequency of aneuploidy was 44.4%.The chromosome 21 aneuploidy was one of the factors to cause in vitro fertilization failure of human oocytes . 关键词
